The our designers work out of our 6,000 sq. ft. office and wood truss design center. All roof truss and floor truss designers at work within the guidelines of our strict Truss Design Standards document. Our truss builders also work within a "team and team leader" structure which creates continuity and quality in the roof truss and floor truss systems we build. Since our production supervision are also cross-trained as designers, the interaction, and communication between our designers and builders is completely open, constructive, and effective. Our standard roof and floor truss construction practice is to also assign customers or projects to the same "table teams" that then work in unison with the appropriate wood truss design team to continually look for continuous improvement opportunities in the way we design and build structural wood truss systems.
